The OneHeart Program offers a rebate of up to $150 to cash-pay and insured patients who purchase both Menopur and Fyremadel for their treatment cycle.
Eligible Medications
- Menopur (menotropins for injection)
- Fyremadel (ganirelix acetate) injection
Eligibility Requirements
- Cash-pay and commercially insured prescriptions
- Minimum purchase of 20 Menopur vials and 5 Fyremadel syringes to qualify
- Proof of purchase required
Application Instructions

- Complete and sign the program application.
- Email the completed program application and proof of purchase to oneheart@envisionrx.com.
- You will be notified via email regarding your application status.
- Eligible patients will receive a rebate check within 45 days of notification.
