Medication Savings for Military Members

We salute the men and women who serve our country. ReUnite Assist for Veterans offers 25% off select fertility medications for active duty military members and veterans. Military members can also apply for additional discounts of up to 75% based on financial need.

Eligible Medications

  • Follistim AQ Cartridge (follitropin beta injection)
  • Ganirelix Acetate Injection (brand name)
  • Pregnyl (chorionic gonadotropin for injection, USP)

Eligibility Requirements

  • Active duty military or veteran (DD 214 or Uniformed Services ID Card required)
  • Current proof of income (IRS 1040 tax form)
  • Cash-pay prescriptions (100% uninsured)
  • Discount expires one year from the date issued
  • Cannot be combined with other ReUnite program discounts

Enrollment Instructions

  1. Enroll Online.
  2. Complete your personal information.
  3. Upload your IRS 1040 tax form to apply for an additional discount based on financial need.
  4. Upload your DD 214 or Uniformed Services ID Card to guarantee your 25% military discount.
  5. Submit your enrollment application. You will receive an email notification within 24-48 hours regarding your application status.
  6. If approved, provide Barron with the Member ID number contained in the email and we will apply the discount to your prescription.
